Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, the former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, as well as an Ibadan North Federal House of Representatives hopeful, has sent heartfelt birthday wishes to Hon.
