The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of renowned elder statesman and political stalwart, Alhaji Yekeen Adeojo.
In a heartfelt condolence message, Hon. Akintayo described the late Adeojo as “a pillar of wisdom and an exemplary leader whose contributions to our party and the development of Oyo State will never be forgotten.”
Reflecting on Adeojo’s legacy, he stated:
“His dedication to public service and unwavering commitment to the progress of our great party set him apart as a true statesman. His passing is an irreparable loss to us all.”
Hon. Akintayo extended his sympathies to the bereaved family, urging them to take solace in the remarkable impact the late Adeojo made during his lifetime.
“We mourn his departure, but we also celebrate a life well spent in service to humanity. May Almighty Allah grant him eternal rest and give his loved ones the strength to bear this loss,” he added.
