A former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters and Ibadan North Federal Representative hopeful, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has felicitated the Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon. Toyin Balogun, on the occasion of her birthday.
