Oyo Lawmaker, Hon. Comforter, Rejoices with Muslim Ummah Across the Globe on This Year’s Eid-el-Fitr Celebration

Hon. Comforter, a distinguished lawmaker representing the good people of Ibadan North Local Government in the Oyo State House of Assembly, has extended her heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim faithful across the globe on the joyous occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Fitr celebration.

In her goodwill message, Hon. Comforter emphasized the significance of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the successful completion of the sacred month of Ramadan, a period of devotion, self-discipline, and spiritual renewal. She urged the Muslim Ummah to uphold the values of love, peace, and unity as exemplified in Islam, stressing that these virtues are essential for the progress of Oyo State and Nigeria at large.

“As we celebrate this blessed occasion, I enjoin all Muslim faithful in Ibadan North, Oyo State, and beyond to continue praying for the peace, prosperity, and development of our dear nation. Let us use this period to strengthen our bond as one people, regardless of religion or ethnicity, and work towards a more united and prosperous society,” she stated.

Hon. Comforter also reaffirmed her commitment to effective representation, good governance, and policies that enhance the well-being of the people of Ibadan North. She called on citizens to promote harmony and extend kindness to one another in the spirit of Eid-el-Fitr.
