IBSWLG Chairman, Honourable Kehinde Akande, has launched an initiative to support indigent students in his local government area by providing 100 free JAMB forms. This move is part of his efforts to promote education and empower the youth in his community.

The free JAMB UTME program, which aligns with Honourable Akande’s vision for community development, aims to bridge the educational gap and provide equal opportunities for academic excellence. The program will benefit students from low-income families, providing them with access to quality education and opportunities for growth.

To be eligible, applicants must be bona fide residents of Ibadan South West Local Government, demonstrate excellent academic records, and show economic need.

Honourable Akande emphasized the importance of education, stating that “Education is the bedrock of development. As a responsible leader, it’s our duty to ensure every child, regardless of socio-economic background, has access to quality education.” He expressed his commitment to empowering the youth and transforming their futures through education.

*The candidates are to be at the local government secretariat by 8am, 5th March 2025.*

*To generate a JAMB profile code, you can send an SMS to 55019 or 66019 with the word* ” *USER” followed by a space and your 11-digit National Identity Number (NIN).*
