The Executive Chairman of Iwajowa Local Government Area, Hon. Muritala Abiodun Oyewumi, led a team of officials to inspect the reconstruction of a collapsed culvert at Balogun Village.

The team assessed the progress of the project, which is aimed at improving infrastructure in the area.
“We are committed to providing quality infrastructure that will improve the lives of our people,” Hon. Oyewumi said during the inspection.

“The reconstruction of this culvert is a testament to our administration’s dedication to delivering projects that benefit our community.”
During the inspection, Hon. Oyewumi was accompanied by his Vice, Hon. Waidi Bolanle Sanni, the Secretary to the Local Government, Hon. Seyi Adeola, and other top officials.

In addition to the culvert reconstruction, the Chairman also visited the Governor Seyi Makinde Restoration Estate to inspect the grading of roads and road layout within the estate.
The visit was aimed at ensuring that the project is being executed according to plan.
“We are working tirelessly to ensure that our people have access to quality infrastructure, including roads and housing,” Hon. Oyewumi said.
“The Gov. Seyi Makinde Restoration Estate is a flagship project that will provide affordable housing to our people, and we are committed to seeing it through to completion.”
The local government has promised to communicate further information regarding the estate to the general public in due time.
