Ibadan South West Local Government Chairman, Hon. Kehinde Akande, has officially received the NYSC Batch C Stream 2 corps members from camp, marking a significant milestone in their national service journey.

The event, which took place at the Local Government Secretariat, was attended by Hon. Akande, council officials, and the corps members themselves. In his remarks, Hon. Akande welcomed the corps members and commended them for their participation in the national service program.
Hon. Akande emphasized the importance of the NYSC program in promoting national unity, cultural exchange, and community development.

He encouraged the corps members to be proactive, dedicated, and committed to their duties, and to make a positive impact in their host communities.
The NYSC Batch C Stream 2 corps members, who have just completed their orientation program, will be deployed to various communities within Ibadan South West Local Government to undertake their primary assignments.

As they begin their service year, the corps members are expected to engage in various community development projects, such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure development.
They will also have the opportunity to acquire new skills, build relationships, and gain valuable work experience.
