IBADAN BLAST: OYO LAWMAKER,COMFORTER SYMPATHIZES WITH VICTIMS, HAILS OYO GOV’T INTERVENTION AND ADMONISHES CITIZENS TO DESIST FROM ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

The explosion at Adeyi Avenue, Bodija that occured yesterday was an unfortunate one. I commiserate with the family of the victims. I pray that the injured be healed. I pray for restoration for those whose property were affected.

I appreciate the swift response from the State Government in getting the source of the explosion and promptly providing succour to the affected ones. May God continue to bless His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde . Amen.

It is noteworthy to make it known to citizens to imbibe the spirit of support and oneness with the Government. Illegal duties shouldn’t be our ways let alone ones which are threats to lives and properties. I implore us all to support the government of the day by doing the right things at all times, this will make the government’s efforts on us all yield the proper fruits.

I pray for the soul of the deceased that they may find rest and may the Almighty grant their families the fortitude to bear their sudden losses. Amen.
