Hon Ogunsola John Olusina,, has extended heartfelt condolences to Governor Seyi Makinde over the loss of his eldest brother, Engr. Sunday Makinde, who passed away earlier today.

 

In a statement released on Friday, Hon Ogunsola John Olusina,, Oluyole PDP Chieftain in Oyo State and International Business Tycoon described the death of Engr. Sunday Makinde as a significant loss to the Makinde family, Ibadanland, and Oyo State as a whole. He highlighted the late elder statesman’s invaluable contributions to the development of the community and his role as a pillar of strength for the family.

 

“On behalf of the Ogunsola John Olusina Initiative and my family, I extend my deepest condolences to Governor Seyi Makinde and the entire Makinde family on the passing of their beloved patriarch, Engr. Sunday Makinde.

 

 

His wisdom, generosity, and dedication to community development will always be remembered,” Ogunsola stated.

 

He further commended Engr. Sunday Makinde for his exemplary life of service and his unwavering support for his younger brother, Governor Makinde, in his leadership journey. “Engr. Sunday Makinde was a man of immense character who believed in the progress of his people. His legacy will continue to inspire us all,” he added.

Ogunsola urged the Makinde family to take solace in the impactful life their elder brother lived and prayed for strength and comfort for them during this difficult time.

 

 

“Though his passing is a painful loss, we are comforted by the fact that he left behind a legacy of kindness and dedication that will live on in the hearts of ‏many,” he said.
