GSM Advocates, a group dedicated to promoting good governance of Governor Seyi Makinde has extended their heartfelt condolences to Governor Seyi Makinde on the passing of his eldest brother, Engineer Sunday Makinde. Engineer Sunday Makinde, who was 65 years old, sadly departed on Friday, January 24, 2025.

The group, known for its unwavering support of Governor Makinde’s administration pray for the family for Makinde home and abroad.

In a statement made available, the coordinating director-General of GSM Advocates, Bashorun Saintabey expressed the group’s deepest sympathies to Governor Makinde and his family during this difficult time. The statement emphasized the group’s solidarity with the governor and its continued support for his administration’s efforts to drive sustainable development and prosperity in Oyo State.

As the people of Oyo State mourn the loss of Engineer Sunday Makinde, GSM Advocates reaffirmed its commitment to promoting good governance and supporting Governor Makinde’s vision for a brighter future for all citizens.
