… As CCTV installation set to enhance security, safety, efficiency at the hospital

Oyo State Hospital Management Board Chairman, Dr. Akin Fagbemi, has commissioned the first phase of Close Circuit Camera installation at Adeoyo Maternity Hospital.

This move aims to enhance the security and safety of staff, patients, and equipment at the hospital.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, Dr. Fagbemi emphasized the importance of CCTV cameras in ensuring the security and safety of the hospital.

He noted that the cameras would reduce stress for hospital staff, allowing them to monitor activities remotely stressed that the cameras would deter destruction and theft of hospital equipment.

Dr. Fagbemi announced plans to install CCTV cameras in all 58 state hospitals across Oyo State.

This initiative is part of the state government’s efforts to ensure sustainable healthcare delivery and maintain peace and security.

The outgoing Chief Medical Director of Adeoyo Maternity Hospital, Dr. Aremu Oladepo, expressed gratitude for the CCTV installation.

He praised Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for his foresight in prioritizing hospital security and sustainable healthcare delivery.

Dr. Oladepo also commended Dr. Fagbemi for his role in implementing the governor’s vision.
