Yuletide: Oyo Lawmaker Mabaje splash gifts, cash ,Rice on party leaders, party members , police divisions, CAN and community leaders(PHOTOS)

The atmosphere was electrify as the honourable representing Ido state constituency at the Oyo state house of assembly, Hon Rasaq Adekunle mabaje gave out cash, gifts and bags of rice to community leaders, party leaders,party members, CAN and police divisions in his constituency.

For his part, Hon Rasaq Adekunle mabaje, has called on all Christians and non Christians to reflect on how we can act in the spirit of the season not just on this day but on every other day.

Hon Rasaq Adekunle mabaje message reads:
“The message of peace and love for humanity which is the central theme of Christmas is one which our world needs especially at this time when hunger, wars, divisions and selfishness are the causes for so much suffering and unhappiness in our world. It is only our concern for each and everyone and our willingness to work for the common good that will bring about a better world.

“At the end of the year, we can look back and be thankful for what we have been able to achieve in our own state under the able leadership of our performing Governor, his Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde, but at the same time realize how much more still needs to be done.

On behalf of the people of my constituency which I represent, I want to thank all those who have worked to build our community and state, especially those who have contended with more than the usual difficulties and whose work have far surpassed the financial gains for themselves.

Our special thanks go to our health workers, teachers and all those who have devoted themselves to the service of others.

“Christmas is above all a special time for children and families. I hope that this occasion will be a time of joyful celebration for everyone, and that it will help unite and strengthen all families in our state.”
