“Death has been described as an inevitable entity every individual is indebted to regardless of status, race or religion”

The statement was contained in a condolence message of the Executive Chairman of Egbeda local government, Hon Sanda Sikiru Oyedele to commiserate with the bereaved family of Sheikh Muideen Ajani Bello over the demise of their father and husband which occurred early hour of yesterday Friday December 6, 2024.

The chairman described Alhaji Muideen a virtuous Islamic scholar and lover of peace whose contributions to Islam in all ramifications have brought peaceful co-existence among muslim Ummah.

Hon Sanda sympathize with the Muslim Ummah acknowledging the significant impact Sheikh Ajani Bello had on the nation at large. Stressed that, he shared in the pain of the muslim Ummah over the passing of highly reversed Islamic scholar at age 84.

Sheikh Ajani Bello in his lifetime was a cerebral scholar who lived to serve the Almighty Allah and humanity with his usual insight in the Holy Quran, depth of wisdom and the gift of interpretation, which provided peace, comfort and guidance of many.

The Algon chairman urged everyone to emulate the values Sheikh Bello upheld during his lifetime, saying his legacy will continue to inspire generations, let us honour his memory by approximating the virtues he exemplified.

The chairman pray that Almighty Allah will forgive his shortcomings, make him a dweller of Aljanah fridaoz and comfort the family he left behind.
