OCAT Commends Gov Makinde on Strategic Board Appointments

A Prominent media practitioner and IT consultant, Olusegun C.A. Taiwo, affectionately known as OCAT has lauded Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State for his recent strategic appointments to key boards and parastatals in the state.
