Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, the former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, has penned a heartfelt birthday message celebrating Chief Bayo Lawal as he marks his 70th birthday.
Chief Bayo Lawal, who currently serves as the Senior Executive Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde, has had a distinguished career in public service.
He is a former Commissioner of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters as well as the Commissioner for Trade in Oyo State.
His dedication and leadership have been instrumental in the administration’s efforts to drive progress and development in the state.
