Ib,North Bye Election: Hon. Waheed Adeniyi Akanbi (Biiro) Declares for House of Representatives Seat, Donates Millions to Party Faithfuls and Executives

Hon. Waheed Adeniyi Akanbi, popularly known as Biiro, has officially declared his intention to contest for the vacant House of Representatives seat in Ibadan North Federal Constituency. The declaration was made at the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Local Meeting in Ibadan North Local Government.

Biiro, who has had a successful stint as council vice chairman and executive chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, is confident that his experience in partisan politics makes him the ideal candidate for the job. He highlighted his contributions to the development of Ibadan North Local Government, particularly in the area of infrastructure.

The seasoned politician also expressed his admiration for the leadership style of Governor Seyi Makinde, whose political footsteps he has diligently followed. He promised to continue on this path if given the opportunity to represent the people of Ibadan North Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.

In a show of generosity, Biiro donated millions of naira to party faithfuls and executives, a gesture that was well-received by the attendees.
