The Director-General of the Liaison Office in Abuja and Lagos, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji (OTOPE), paid a heartfelt condolence visit to the family of late Waheed Busari (Awolesu), PDP Ward 5 Vice Chairman in Ona-Ara Local Government, on Sunday, November 3, 2024. At the Busari residence in Thy Will, Amuloko Road, Ibadan, Dr. OTOPE commiserated with the bereaved family, offering prayers for the deceased and those left behind.
“May God grant the Busari family strength and comfort during this difficult time,” Dr. OTOPE prayed. “May Waheed’s legacy inspire and unite the PDP family, and may his soul rest in eternal peace and may we as a party not witness such loss again.”
Dr. OTOPE’s gesture reflects his commitment to supporting his community and party members in times of need. As a chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Egbeda-Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, Dr. OTOPE’s visit demonstrates his dedication to standing by those who have lost loved ones.
The family of Late Waheed Busari announced his passing on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024. During the visit, Dr. OTOPE spent time with the family, listening to their stories and memories of Waheed, and offering words of encouragement and support.
