Oyo PDP Chieftain Hon. Abayomi Fagbenro-Bibire who hails from Ibadan NorthWest/Southwest Federal Constituency of Oyo State has joined the world to congratulate Alhaji Abdulakeem Abdulazeem who is the Personal Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on the occasion of his birthday, praising his track record as a man of honour and dignity.
