The Executive Chairman of Ona Ara Local Government, Dr. Temitope Kolapo GLORIOUS, has officially inaugurated Hon. Babatunde Sunmonu as the Secretary to the Local Government.
In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Chairman, Mr. Rahmon Alawode, Dr. GLORIOUS, while addressing the gathering, advised the newly inaugurated Secretary to serve in accordance with the oath of office he took. The Chairman emphasized the importance of dedication, transparency, and a commitment to the welfare of the people of Ona Ara.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Babatunde Sunmonu expressed his gratitude to God, His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde for the opportunity to serve, pledging to discharge his duties to the best of his ability and to remain faithful and loyal to the government and the people of Ona Ara.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by notable dignitaries, including the Leader of the Legislative Arm, Hon. Abolade Yerima, the Head of Local Government Administration, Dr. Atoyebi, and other key officials of the local government.
