The calls have been deafening, from various quarters, beyond the political conclave and territories, the various calls have reverberated from the entire people of Oyo state, the traditional institutions, the marketers, the students, the youths, the elites and other broad categories,beckoning on Chief Dotun Sanusi to come out and vie for Oyo State governorship, for in him they have unalloyed faith and confidence to deliver the real task of good governance at this phase of history .

The calls unto “ Ilaji” Chief Dotun Sanusi, to become the next governor of Oyo State has filled the entire atmosphere e in the pacesetter state , it has resonated through homes and hamlets , such that people have taken to prayers to persuade the enigma , the unwilling politician,who is not particularly zealous about public office into accepting the clarion call to serve the good people of Oyo State .

Chief Dotun Sanusi as aptly described by Adurodekun ,revealed the spirit of a true leader, who cares for his people , he shares the pains and agonies of the majority and unlike what more than 90% of politicians would do, he laced his speech with the statement that if I will not be useful , to restore smiles to faces of people , with this governorship , we are all advocating, let me not get it, but if that would bring progress and impacts people’s lives and destinies, let the will of God work favourably and the vision realized in accordance to the wishes of the preponderance of Oyo populace .
