Chinyelu Susan “Chi” Onwurah has been reelected as Labour MP for Newcastle Central and West.
The Labour politician secured a strong majority of 11,060, with a total of 18,875 votes.
The Reform Party again surged into second place with 7,815 votes but still fell way short of Onwurah.
