9ice, Saheed Osupa, Others To Thrill Audience At Ajilete Carnival 2023

King Dr Akorede Saheed, popularly known as Saheed Osupa, Alexander Abolore Adigun (9ice), and others are billed to perform at this year’s Ajilete Carnival.

The event is scheduled to be held on December 24th at Ogbomoso Recreation Club. Other artists, including Melody, Ragamurphy, Ododo Emi, Hockey Reign, and others, are expected to thrill the audience.

The festival’s chief promoter, Bashorun Akinwale Solomon Akinwole, said this while speaking with journalists about the preparation for this year’s edition of the Ajilete Carnival.

Wolekanle, as he is fondly called, said efforts are in top gear for the carnival designed to promote Yoruba culture and tradition as well as to bring the people together.

“You will recall that COVID-19 aborted the 2021 edition while security challenges and elections were factors that militated against the program in 2022 but this year we are determined to host the carnival and everything is in order.”

“The carnival is not just about entertainment but also a platform for young people to showcase their talents.”
