5 Years in Office: ‘Gov Makinde Has Proven A Genuine Promise Keeper’ – Iyaloja-General, Princess Folashade Commends

The Iyaloja-General of Oyo State, Princess Folashade Abeo Nurudeen, has praised the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde, for his significant achievements over the past five years.

She noted that the governor has consistently proven himself to be a man of the people who cares about the welfare of Oyo State.

This statement was made available to the media by the Media Adviser to the Iyaloja-General, Aare Alawode, highlighting the commendable achievements of Governor Seyi Makinde in Oyo State.

“It has been an excellent and wonderful period in Oyo State as the ‘Man of the People,’ Governor Seyi Makinde, has successfully ushered in a new era for our modern Pacesetter State.

“Oyo State, across its geopolitical zones, has experienced a significant turnaround and improved connectivity, making it easier for traders and marketers to transport goods and conduct business.

“Gov. Makinde has proven to be a genuine promise keeper, fulfilling the goals outlined in his accelerated agenda (Omituntun 1.0) and sustainable agenda (Omituntun 2.0) using data, logic, and science.

“I commend the people’s governor and ‘Mr. Project’ for all these transformative achievements.

“I say congratulations, Your Excellency.

“With the support of the people of Oyo State, I wish him good health, strength, and wisdom for a successful administration.”

She, however, urged the administration led by Governor Seyi Makinde to focus on empowering artisans and traders across the zones of Oyo State to help them navigate the current economic challenges in the country.
