Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan has extended its heartfelt congratulations and unwavering support to its first-choice goalkeeper, Mustapha Lawal, as he dons the national colours for the Super Eagles B team in the opening fixture of the 2025 African Nations Championship (CHAN) against Senegal.
The club, fondly known as the Oluyole Warriors, described Lawal’s inclusion as a moment of immense pride not only for the goalkeeper but for the entire 3SC family and the people of Oyo State at large.

Nicknamed the “Black Spider” for his agility and commanding presence between the sticks, Mustapha Lawal has been an integral part of the 3SC setup, delivering consistent performances and playing a crucial role in the club’s recent resurgence under the leadership of Honourable Taiwo Lekan Salami, the club’s Executive Chairman.
