…it was a sigh of relief and atmosphere of joy as Olukitibi and Alade of Oyo West visited ward 2 and 3 as pre-campaign tour continues yesterday, Tuesday,26th March 2024

Ahead of the local government elections stated for April 27th 2024,The Olukitibi/Alade Campaign Organization under the Leadership of The Director General,Hon.Wale Ogunsola has taken a bold step by reaching out to party faithfuls in Wards 2 and 3 to familiarize with party members and the people of Fashola/Soku and Oke Aafin before the commencement of the real campaigns.

“election as a process of choosing a leader or member of parliament/ councillors or other representative by popular vote,has taken another befitting shape in Oyo west local Government, as the Olukitibi campaign train stormed wards 3 and 2, Areas of Oyo West”

Judging from this assertion, the campaign train of PDP stormed Fashola/Soku and Oke AAfin wards as planned to sensitize the people on the need to vote for People’s Democratic Party in the forthcoming Local Government election.

Hon.Alh Nureni ALADE,The Vice Chairman of Oyo West Local Government in his own remark having recognized the leadership of the party,stated the reason for meeting with the people of Fashola Soku which is all about familiarizing and receiving of positive feedback from them ahead the upcoming local government elections.

The Executive chairman,Hon. Olukitibi Akeem, while addressing the people of Fashola rolled out some of the achievements of Governor Seyi Makinde in the last 4 years especially in Fasola community and Oyo Zone;upgrading of EACOED into University standard, Rebuilding of Akesan Market(ultra Modern Market) and Establishment of Fashola Agric Business/Industrial Hub.He promised that grading of inner roads linking the nook and cranny of ward 3 and other villages will start in few weeks time.
